At Seraph & Sage, every product is carefully checked and packed with love. Since we are a small business offering paper-based goods and stickers, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect with, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue

We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation. We cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, delays caused by postal services, or wear and tear from use.
